Summer Camp Payment INFO:
Payment:
Total Cost: $165 per child per week.
-All payments are made online through our registration website.
-Prompt payment is greatly appreciated
-Payment plans are available by choosing the "pay on due date option", which will allow you to pay two weeks prior to each camp week. You will still need to put $1 down for each week and the remaining amount will come out on due date.
Otherwise it will prompt you to pay right away. If you are signing up within two weeks of a camp week, payment is due when you sign up.
-There is a $3.00 Transaction fee, please understand this is from the merchant and not from us. It is charged per transaction and not per week. If you sign up for all your weeks at one time you can avoid being charged this fee multiple times.
Payment Policy:
-Full payment for each camp week is due two weeks prior to the first day of
camp for that session.
-If you sign up within two weeks of that camp week, payment will be due when you sign up.
-Any cancellations or changes must be made in writing via email with at least two weeks
notice prior to the camp week being changed or dropped. If we receive no notification you can still be held responsible for full
payment.
-If we receive less than two week notice, the cancellation fee will be half the original price.
-Refund request will be handled on a case by case basis, if a child is out due to
illness or injury a doctors note could be requested in order to receive a full refund.
