Pricing & Payment Policy
2026 Pricing
Weekly Rate:
$220 per week
($176 for holiday 4-day weeks)
Discounts / Financial Aid:
Children of current Fulton County Schools employees are eligible for a 10% discount as a thank-you!
Financial Assistance:
Limited financial assistance is available on a case-by-case basis while funds last. Please email [email protected] if you feel you may qualify.
Payment Policy
Transaction Fee
A $3 transaction fee is charged per payment by our payment processor (not by Coach T Sports). This fee is non-refundable. To avoid being charged the fee multiple times, families may choose to pay for all weeks upfront in a single transaction.
Auto-Draft (Pay on Due Date)
Families may choose the "Pay on Due Date" (Auto-Draft) option. A $50 deposit per week is required to hold your child's spot. The remaining balance will automatically draft two weeks prior to each camp week. Each auto-draft transaction includes the $3 transaction fee.
Cancellations & Changes
All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing via email. Requests must be received at least two weeks prior to the camp week being dropped or changed. If no notification is received, the family remains responsible for full payment. Cancellations made with less than two weeks' notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Last-Minute Refund Requests
In the event of illness, injury, or family emergency, please email us as soon as possible. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A doctor's note may be required in certain situations to receive a full refund.
Waitlist Policy
If a camp week is full, your child will automatically be placed on the waitlist at no charge. If a spot becomes available, you will receive an email notification. Once notified, if your plans have changed, it is your responsibility to alert us within 48 hours, otherwise we will assume you are taking the spot and will be responsible for payment and our cancellation policy for the camp week.
Keep in mind we cannot auto-charge your card on file when you are activated from the waitlist, therefore you must physically go in and make payment on your account. Waitlist openings may occur last-minute. Please notify us if your plans change so we can remove your child from the waitlist.
Camp Cancellation (Rare Circumstances)
In the rare event that a camp week must be canceled for reasons outside of our control: Three days will be considered a full camp week. If fewer than three days are held, refunds will be issued on a prorated basis.
